Nathan Fakhouri


Fakhouri is an alumnus of DePaul University where he received his Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing with a concentration in Sales Leadership.

With nearly a decade in the parking industry, Fakhouri first started out in the valet industry as a valet attendant back starting in 2012 at restaurants down Hubbard St in River North. Restaurants such as Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse and Sullivans Steakhouse. He rose among the ranks to eventually run his own location, The Racquet Club in Chicago’s Gold Coast Neighborhood until 2016, when Fakhouri at the age of 21 cofounded his first valet company while being a college student attending DePaul University. He ran and grew operations for the business as it expanded from 5 to 25 locations with a specialized focus on supplying parking solutions for many Healthcare facilities, restaurants, and banquets throughout Chicagoland.

Fakhouri, in 2018 while finishing up his last year of college also co-founded Secure Auto Transport Inc., which added a competitive twist to the automotive transport industry by offering dealerships a new alternative method to transporting vehicles other than by semi-trucks. Running operations over the 1st year in business, the company saw an over 500% revenue growth in the chicago market alone and is still growing at a rapid rate, in 2021, he began expanding operations into new markets such as Arizona, Florida, Colorado, and California.

In 2018, Fakhouri became one of the youngest members of U.S. Representative Danny K. Davis’s 7th Congressional District’s Multi Ethnic Advisory Task Force (MEATF), an organization of multi-ethnic doctors, lawyers, and business leaders advocating for the inclusion and promotion of minorities. Within MEATF, Fakhouri was able to empower and educate younger generations to be more politically involved and aware in order to better shape our future and the future of our children.

 

Carmen Rossi

Carmen Rossi is an attorney and entrepreneur. He is the founder and President of
8 Hospitality Group, a Chicago based restaurant, hospitality-development and management company that has 900 plus employees. Carmen is also the Managing Member of City Lake Law,a Chicago based law firm that specializes in navigating local and municipal governments for the interest of private businesses. Throughout the last ten years in hospitality, Carmen has successfully developed 13 restaurant ideas into successful brands that are at the center of Chicago’s booming restaurant and nightlife industry. Carmen sees food and beverages as a lifestyle that is maintained through valuable experience andmutually beneficial relationships in the community. Carmen believes in the importance of working
with Government and was appointed to the board for Intersect Illinois by Governor Rauner and the Landmarks commission by Mayor Emanuel. Carmen also serves on the board of the Illinois Restaurant Association.
